Greetings fellow chin addicts.

I am on the east coast of Canada, have been keeping, breeding & rescuing since 1998.They are all my pets, I just breed some of them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)
Chinchillas became my life after a serious car accident left me unable to work.
I am also the mother of 32 year old daughter & a 26 year old son. I am the grandmother of Colby 3 & Keira 4.5 months.
Now how can life be any better than that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yahoo.gif)

Now I get to meet all you fine folks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheers.gif)

Thank goodness there is not much call for rescuing chinchillas here, or I wouldn't still be breeding.

But yes I have taken in a few over the years. And if they are on the other side of the island I have a friend who has a Bird & small animal rescue in central Newfoundland.
Any that come up either go with her or me.
Most are pet store chins.
