The West Midland and Wales Region of the National Chinchilla Society will be having a stand in the countryside area of the Usk Agricultural and Countryside show (www.uskshow.co.uk) on Saturday, September 11th. Last year the show attracted 25,000 visitors.
The aim is to promote the keeping, breeding and showing of good quality, healthy chinchillas. There will be chins on exhibit, as well as lots of good information on husbandry, breeding and showing and also information on the society (and an opportunity to join on the day!).
There will be some chinchilla feed stuff for sale, with the proceeds going to the society (note: no chinchillas will be for sale although a breeders list will be available).
It’s an opportunity to talk chins and have a great day out at the show!
