Posted February 1, 2012 Some members have been receiving the following error when trying to change the details on their profile. The error message was: "Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /home/chinform/public_html/admin/applications/forums/extensions/usercpForms.php on line 3199" I've contacted Tech Support & they have (hopefully) fixed the issue so you should be able to change/update your profiles now.
